Managers found independently liable for unpaid wages under the FLSA

Stacey Mark, partner at Ater Wynne, recently posted an article on our aterwynneblog.com about a Ninth Circuit decision that individuals may be liable for unpaid wages as "employers" under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). You can view that article here.
